We are pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2026, the firms Puschmann Borchert Kaiser Klettner Patentanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, Oberhaching, and Schumacher & Willsau GmbH, Munich, will merge!
Through this merger, a new entity will be formed — patcare Patentanwälte, headquartered in Oberhaching — continuing the business activities of both predecessor firms.
By joining forces, we are combining our professional expertise and many years of experience in the field of intellectual property law. Our goal is to provide our clients with even more comprehensive and forward-looking advice in all matters of patent, trademark, and design law.
